I agree that BCDC, NDC or GAF may, at their discretion, order a credit report on me any time after signing. The information on this form will be used to determine if I or my business meets the basic criteria for accepting a loan application for any of the lending programs that are offered by BCDC, NDC or GAF. If a full application is accepted, I will need to complete the full application and all attachments. I further agree that BCDC, NDC and GAF will share information related to this loan application and the loan fund. By, completing this form, I understand that in no way does it guarantee that I will be approved for the GNF loan.
